Meleagris gallopavo

It's been a while, I would like at least a post a month and guess this counts. As a follow up to last post I didn't dress up. I just didn't feel inspired to do so.

Thanksgiving... I made way too much food and made myself sore working so hard to clean up my place and make everything nice for my family. I loved it and enjoyed myself and so did my family. Those who attended this year consisted of my son, mom, dad and ex mother-in-law whom I still claim as my other mother. I may be "really over" my ex but holidays sure remind me that it was nice to be a husband along with the rest or titles (dad, son, brother, etc.) I am thankful I still have those other titles though. And that is the reason I kill myself to make the holiday perfect and enjoyable for my family. And it was a success! For the time I had my son and my other mother was there they enjoyed themselves. For the time my mom was there she did too. My dad is hanging out until Saturday so that is great and he also enjoyed today.

Sadly there are those who could not attend that I would have loved to serve as I did those who did. Maybe next year :)
