Seek out mirrors.

Not those that reflect light, though that couldn't hurt every once in a while. More important are those that reflect truth. Don't avert your eyes either, surrender to the fact that reality is what it is. Don't accept you can't do anything about it however, you can do just about anything you put yourself to doing.
